The West Hills Optimist Club is proudly serving the community of the West San Fernando Valley
The West Hills Optimist Club, chartered in 1989, serves the Canoga Park/West Hills area with numerous youth focused projects. It has earned seventeen Pacific South West District and Optimist International awards for community service, including two consecutive Best Overall Optimist International Service Awards for its commitment to serving the local community. It is the only Optimist Club to have achieved that distinction.
